Minthis Hills is a distinctive luxury residential community, thoughtfully designed to harmonise with its exceptional natural surroundings. The masterplan embodies the client’s vision of creating an integrated, cohesive resort that fosters a strong sense of community while embracing the unique character of the Tsada Mountains. Inspired by the natural forms and physiology of the local landscape, the layout follows an organic hierarchy, branching out from a central spine and gradually tapering in scale as it reaches individual homes, reminiscent of the branching patterns found in nature.

The design integrates 500 villas and residential clusters seamlessly into the landscape, respecting the natural contours to preserve the integrity of the hilltops and ridges. By nestling the homes within the land’s natural formations, the development minimises its impact on the environment, while maximising the stunning views, frontage, and privacy for each residence.
This carefully crafted arrangement not only enhances the living experience but also ensures that the community remains connected to the surrounding nature.
